The easiest way to change the personal information in your account is to speak directly with library staff. Bring your new information and library card or ID to the library -- or give us a call -- and we can sort out whatever changes you need.
From the Request an Update to Your Account page you can also request an update of your phone number, request a change to your PIN, or request a change to your email address on file. It doesn't offer instant service, but it is one way to request that a change be made to your account.
If you want to update your account with a mobile phone number to receive text notices, you can do that yourself online. We have a page with full information on our website called Text Notices.

- Hi there, did you fill out the change form? The easiest way to change this information is probably to just call or drop by your library and request that it be changed. You can confirm the change and make sure all of the other information is correct all at the same time. Sorry that our system doesn't allow for you to change the information yourself yet.
