First try this:

Try the following steps to fix this issue:

  1. Open Safari
  2. Choose the Preference Menu
  3. Click on the Autofill Tab
  4. Make sure there is a check for each of the options to save account information
  5. Click Edit for each option
  6. Click remove for any entry ending with .sonomalibrary.org
  7. Close then re-open Safari
  8. You should now be prompted to save your information when you log into your account

If that doesn’t work, and you’re using Safari 5.1 or older, try this:

(A) Download and install an additional browser.  This is free, but requires learning your way around another web browser.  Here are the links to download Chrome and Firefox if you'd like to try either of them out:

https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/

(B) Upgrade your Mac to a newer OS X.  If you have an older Mac, you will probably not be able to upgrade to the latest OS X, but you might be able to upgrade at least to 10.7 Lion, which should get you a version of Safari that will work.  This is probably going to cost you about $20.  There is more information here:

You could try opening a chat session with Apple sales support to find out whether any newer OS X versions would work on your computer:
