From the Library Catalog, click the My Account tab. Log in (unless you are already logged in). Click on Holds & Requests, click the box next to any of the unfilled hold requests, and then click the Cancel Request button at the bottom.
Once an item's 'Status' changes from 'checked in' to 'in transit' or 'on hold shelf' it cannot be canceled.
