Your PIN is a four digit password chosen for your account when you received your library card. Your PIN may be the last four digits of your phone number, a unique number you provided to us, or, if you were under the age of seventeen when you got your card, the year of your birth.

If you forgot your PIN, you can select the "Forgot my PIN" link when trying to log into your account on the library website. Enter your username and a recovery link will be emailed to the email address associated with your account. If you know your PIN and want to change it, you can do so by logging into your library account and then selecting the "Change PIN" option under the "Personal Information" tab.
