Your PIN is a four digit password chosen for your account when you received your library card. Your PIN may be the last four digits of your phone number, a unique number you provided to us, or, if you were under the age of seventeen when you got your card, the year of your birth. 

During the COVID-19 closures, if you have forgotten your PIN, please send us your full name, address, year of birth, and library card number (if known) by webformemail, phone (707) 308-3262, or text message (707) 632-4591 and we can look up that information for you.

If you know your PIN and want to change it, you can do so by logging into your library account from our home page or catalog, and then selecting the "Change PIN" option under the "Personal Information" tab.
