How can I reset my PIN?

Answer

If you forgot your library card number, please call or visit your local branch. You may also send us your full name, address and year of birth by webform, email, or text message (707) 632-4591 and we can look up that information for you. 

To reset your PIN, visit sonoma.bibliocommons.com/user/forgot - enter your library card number or username, and and a recovery link will be emailed to the email address associated with your account. You may also contact your library for help.

If you know your PIN and want to change it, you can do so by logging into your library account, navigating to "My Settings" and changing the PIN.
