If you forgot your library card number, please call or visit your local branch. You may also send us your full name, address and year of birth by webform, email, or text message (707) 632-4591 and we can look up that information for you.
If you forgot your PIN, you can select the "Forgot my PIN" link when trying to log into your account on the library website. Enter your library card number, and a recovery link will be emailed to the email address associated with your account.
