We deliver to any Sonoma County, Lake or Mendocino Public Library! If a book, movie, or other item is not available at your branch, you can request it. The item will be delivered to your branch within a few days if it's checked in elsewhere, or as soon as it's available for you if it is checked out or has prior requests. You can follow the below steps to place a request, or watch a video tutorial

  1. Find the item in the catalog.
  2. Once you see the item you are interested in, click the Place Request button. 
  3. A pop-up window will prompt you for your library card number and your four-digit PIN. Type this information to log in to your account. 
  4. Choose the branch where you want to retrieve your item through the curbside pickup service. If you don't see the branch you want in the list, click the list of branches and use the mouse or the arrow keys to scroll up and down through it.

Once you are logged in, you can request more items without having to type your information again, until you log out or stop using the system for over five minutes. 

You will be notified by phone call, text, email, or postal mail when the item is ready for curbside pickup, so be sure that we have your correct contact information. 

If you want to pick up an item that's already checked in at your library location, you may call the library and ask staff to pull and hold the item for you.

Once an item is ready to for curbside pickup, it will be held for you for seven days.
