To suggest a purchase:
1. From our website mouse over 'Books & More'
2. Click on the 'Suggest a Purchase' link
3. Fill out the online form and submit it to us for consideration

Your suggestion for purchase will be sent to a Librarian selector for consideration. Please check our online catalog from time to time to check if your suggestion for purchase has been included in our collection. The purchasing and cataloging process can take anywhere from four to eight weeks to complete.
If a title has been included into the collection you can place a 'request' from our online catalog. When the title has an 'on order'  status you can 'request' it by clicking on the 'Place Request' button. A valid Sonoma County Library card and PIN are required to place a title on request.
OR you can call any of our Branches and ask a Librarian to place a hold for you.  

If the suggested title is not included into our collection, there are other options available to you.  You may wish to try our LINK+ service. With a valid Sonoma County Library card your LINK+ requests will be delivered to any branch of your choosing.
