The Find Catalog uses this general message to describe two separate hold request situations:
- A user already has reached the limit for total allowable hold requests (20)
- A user already has that title in their request list
If you know that you haven’t reached the total allowable request limit, you will find that title in your current hold request list.

- How many holds total may I make online? Am I limited to a limit of 10?
- You may request up to 20 items at one time.
